We had a dog with us, so we asked to sit on the patio with our 7 other friends. The server came to take our drink order, our appetizer order, an then our food order. Immediately after receiving our appetizers, we were informed (by our server) that we could not have our dog sit with us on the patio. The manager wouldn’t come out to the table to explain. There was no sign up, stating no dogs, no warning given before sitting down on the patio, and AFTER taking our order, we were told to leave. NEVER coming back here again.
The worst experience. Was traveling through Aiken and stopped to eat. We were excited to find a place where my son could get a slice of pizza. The server never got us the pizza. The drink list was very insulting. I went to pay for the salad. I stated that we were leaving and they could cancel the pizza order. The waitress then tried to add a tip to the final bill.
Good pizza and drinks. Awful terrible bad service. Had to change seats to get noticed and it wasnt even that busy. Be prepared to be thirsty and hungry while you wait
The service here just gets worse and worse. Have been here for 1.5 hours an no food.
The food is decent, but the service is awful. I just sat there with friends for 30 minutes and never got asked if we would like food or drink. It also didnt help that four waitresses walked past us during this.
Great service. Even better food, haven’t had a bad meal there so far.
