WingPlace is my favorite restaurant in Aiken. Their wings are the best and they have a great wine selection. Kayce is an amazing bartender!! Sitting at the bar is like coming home. Its very comfortable and if you dont know someone when you arrive, you will before you leave. Very friendly people. While their wings are great, they have so much more than wings. Trivia on Monday nights are a blast also.
In town for the first time for the week and was looking for something to eat. Saw this place and thought I would give it a try. We got there about 6:00, so it wasn’t very busy. The server did get our drinks fairly quickly, but it was at least ten minutes before she took our order. She made sure she got the checks to an adjacent table and bussed it before coming back to us. They had a Tuesday night special of 12 wings and fries for $9. Had an up charge of $.50 for two flavors. I was okay with that, but when we asked for some extra sauce to dip our fries, there was a $.75 up charge on our bill for that, which she didn’t tell us about. The fries were limp and half the wings were a little over cooked, but the sauces were ok. Less than impressed.
