Best kept secert in Anderson. I heard some great things about the restaurant from several of my friends and decided to try it out, and loved it. We showed up by water with 6 people and were greeted by smiling and welcoming faces. The atmosphere was very friendly and laid back. My family and I fully enjoyed our experience and will return soon. The food was amazing I had fish tacos and they were the best ones I have ever had. Other members of my family tried out the burgers and they all loved them. My best friend fell in love with the burger with pimento cheese and bacon on it. I highly recommend The Grill Man to all families and people wanting good food and a good time!!!

Good Food, Friendly Service. We just got back from this place and are pleasantly surprised. My wife had a blue-cheese bacon burger and I had a Shrimp Po-Boy that was every bit as good as the Po-Boy’s I have had while living in Biloxi, MS. Spent about 35 with tip and an appetizer. The service was good as well. I also watched the owner cut up fresh tomatoes and cucumbers for each order. So the veggies anyway are not prepped ahead of time, but during the order. OMG, no one ever does that anymore. Big plus is the boat accessible parking. I have a boat on the lake at a marina, and so far, this is only the second or third place I can recall that has this access. (I drove the car tonight). We will be back.

Having The Grill Man on the lake on weekends is great!. I enjoy the convenience of having the Grill Man in my neighborhood. Jason and his wife,Trish, are really nice people to get to know. My favorite food is Jason’s homemade sausage burgers.I could eat them every week!
This is excellent patio dining. The burgers, are outstanding. Jason prepares a variety of wonderful, creative side dishes. Prices are reasonable. This is a must try.
GRILLED BACON!!!!!. This is one of the best stops for your summer weekend. The Grill Man is easily accessible by car or boat and it is well worth the trip. All of the items are homemade, unique, and FRESH, but the best is the Grilled Bacon BLT. Great food in a great setting (overlooking Lake Hartwell), you won’t be disappointed!
