It is pretty hard to mess up Mexican food, but this place managed to do just that. The restaurant was not terribly busy. We had a party of 6. The chicken was dry, the beef leathery and the beans tasteless. Even the water and soda tasted bad! Then to top it all off our waitress was a complete ditz. Beaufort doesn’t have a lot to choose from, but I wouldn’t even consider this be as an option
I wouldn’t recommend it, the chicken in my chimichanga was very dry, and most of the party’s entrees seemed over cooked, and over salted. The wait staff was very friendly, but it counter the subpar food.
