Traditional slow-cooked, hand pulled pork, smoked chicken and ribs. We are a small family run, veteran owned business. No frills - just good food. The kitchen is outside in the "caboose" and orders come over through the window. Some people question us using plastic and carry out containers - it is a DHEC regulation for us because we are on a septic system and subject to water usage amounts. Most of our customers don't mind the carry out containers but we are trying to figure out a way to use plates and silverware....always a work in progress.For now - "BBQ GOURMET IN A TAKE OUT TRAY"
