This is legitimately and consistently the worst DQ ever. I know to not expect 5 star dining from a fast food place but every time we go there the incompetent employees find a way to screw up the order. They all look like deer caught in the headlights. Vacant, confused and maybe slightly stoned. How hard is it to listen to the customer’s order? Vanilla and chocolate sound very different and yet they consistently screw up every order and when you ask them to fix it they give you an attitude. If you are going to go to DQ, make the trek to another one because this is the worst
