Great comeback!. I have not been to a Ruby Tuesday in quite some time. So I stopped in while shopping the outlets I was excited to see the changes in the menu with all my old favorites still there! Food was delicious and salad bar fresh. Server was a delight and had plenty of suggestions for fun things to do while on my vacation. Next time I visit myrtle beach I will definitely come back!
Really disappointed. The food was average. Not the worst food I’ve had…your basic chain food but the thing that was frustrating was the service. Waited 20 mins just for a glass of water. Finally got our food after almost an hour wait and the waitress didn’t check in with us once. We finally requested the check and she STILL didn’t come over to our table. We eventually had to get a manager who graciously apologized and told us our meal was in the house. Thanks for that.
