3.5. Had the Fried Green Tomato BLT. Food was fresh but the FGT lacked the distinct tart flavor of a good FGT. Atmosphere was very nice with great views of the bay. Staff was friendly and quick.

A nice location though a little run down, but great food and fresh catch dishes. The fried green tomatoes were wonderful as well. This and Hyman’s are big tourist trap destinations but still fun for locals as well winedineandplay.blogspot.com

Fast service (3PM). Fish (encrusted cod) done to perfection. Good service, reasonable serving size (no need to take a doggie bag home, but big enough). Friendly folks.

Highly recommend! Beautiful views. Fried green tomatoes, swordfish, and whole fried flounder was exceptional. The service provided by our waiter was top notch. This place is a must visit for Charleston.

Great location on the water with outside seating if you prefer. Shrimp and grits was terrific and my wife like the fried green tomato BLT. Very good food. You’ll like it. Go here.

This is a downtown Charleston must. On the water and great food. Worth the wait if you must. Amazing burgers and fries. Incredible seafood dishes as well.

Visited Charleston for a weekend trip and made it to Fleet Landing for lunch. Brunch menu looked good but settled for salad with shrimp. Delicious! Wonderful service and food options. Highly recommend.
