This is the best BBQ place I have found in this area. The service and food was outstanding. The food was out before you knew it. I had the combo 1/4 chicken and turkey. The turkey was so moist it was nothing I’ve ever had before. If your in the area get yourself down there.
Better BBQ places in the area. I personally didn’t like the meat because they had it soaking in some sort of broth and it was fatty. The beans were very bland and could use some kick to them. Also ordered ice tea and had to get something else to drink because it had an old nasty tea taste to it. Maybe I caught them on a bad day when reading the other reviews.
A great barbecue joint on Sullivan’s Island that has a fun atmosphere for watching football games and drinking. The bar is always packed so if that’s not your thing this isn’t the place to go. The food is always great and service is usually pretty fast. The patio area just inside the door is dog friendly for those with dogs. Highly recommend trying if your in the area and looking for some good barbecue.
I was here last summer, but wasn’t completely amazed by the food as the meat was overly fatty. This time, my pulled pork and chopped brisket were AH-mazing. I had the smoked chicken chili and fries as my sides. The smoked chicken chili may be my new favorite restaurant chili. The fries were crunchy and peppery. Perfection. I washed down my dinner with a Game Changer.

BBQ didn’t make the cut. A guest and I visited your restaurant. This was our first time and this recommendation came from a local that worked at California Dreamin’, a restaurant we visited last time we were in town.We eat plenty of meals out and really enjoy our BBQ food. Unfortunately, with this visit, this was the worse we have tasted in a long time. We had the pulled Pork and the 2 choices combo platter.First of all, your prices are too high for the position size you present. The pork was fatty and the turkey meat on my combo was dry and distasteful. Even the corn muffin tasted awful. To give you Kudo’s for something, the Mac
