Had to reiterate our order to the cashier at the pickup window multiple times. Finally got everything and we had mold on the ice in our cups from the obviously neglected ice machine.
Terrible Service. Horrible service! Not given items that were ordered. Slow service. Lady at the counter had no idea how to make and manage orders. Wanted to get a Coke since Bojangles serves Pepsi products. I’ll drink water at bojangles from now on.
This is the oddest McDonald’s ever. Right off the freeway, new construction, meant for the vacation traveler. Bathrooms are tiny, no changing tables, and service is slow. Drive thru person had us pull to the second window to place our order.
