Good food but very unclean
They are racist.My spouse and I came in like any other customer and the host gived us one menu.She started off wrong from the start.Then when we sat nobody came to our table and it was about 8 servers walking around us.Another family came in about 5-10 minutes after us and they got served.Thats wrong and that was racist because we was the only black people over there.We told the manager and we left.Would never go back there.We always go there to eat,watch the games,and play pool but we wouldn’t go back there.That was very wrong.
The food is just okay. Ordered mango nachos and had to construct each one with toppings as the lack of cheese held nothing on the chip. The portions are huge, but wouldn’t go out of my way to go here again.
Best Srimp and Grits. They have the best Shrimp and Grits ever…I have tasted that dish many times and so far, Carolina Ale House has the best! Served only on Sundays but it is worth the wait if you are a Shrimp and Grits lover. Loves this place…never a bad experience
I have been to this location two times. The first time the service was great. Tonight was a diffrent story. We were there for nearly two hours. Management did give us 25% off our bill to rectify the situation.
After further review, the ale house is great. My experience before was not great but they have changed my mind. The last two times have been wonderful. Can’t get enough karaoke and great food. Well done Ale House… Well done.02 Nov, 2011The rudest bar staff ever. They treat you like you should be happy they even acknowledge you. Pathetic. That is why we go to the British Bulldog instead. Sad that we even came here again.
Great place to watch a game serves the coldest beer in town.
