Lots of people hating on this place. Being from the northeast, the prices were not a shock. In fact I was pleasantly surprised to find out the steaks were not a la cart. Had a Ned rare steak that was cooked perfect no need for a sauce and the Mac and cheese was some of the best I have had. Blondie desert was a great finisher. Atmosphere was intentionally dark so if your hard of seeing you may need a flashlight.
Worst Restaurant Ever. It is difficult for me to put into words how revolting this place is. My steak was not just bad–it was inedible. I didn’t even feed it to my dog. My wife’s steak was cooked wrong twice and was disgusting as well. The bill was outrageous. Without question the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Avoid at all costs.
3/4 Pound Steakhouse Burger. Best burger in Columbia!
Spend your $$ some where else. Service was slow as molasses. Ordered the filet dip. It had good flavor but didn’t see any filet in it. French onion soup was lacking in onions! The grits in shrimp & grits was not creamy and I think was microwaved since each bite had a different temperature. Ribeye steak not seasoned at all. I prefer seasoned meat. Margarita was horrible as well. We won’t be back. We should have gone to Saluda’s instead.
Solid!. I very much enjoyed my meal at the Carolina Strip Club. It was one of the best prime ribs I’ve ever had in a restaurant, and the sides, appetizers, service, and atmosphere all worked for me. Very satisfying meal that left us full!
Disappointed.. First time eating there and probably the last. Very disorganized. Made reservation months ago for Christmas party group upon arrival they did not have them. We had requested a private room but were put upstairs. Went to bar to buy a drink, vodka and tonic, well, they didn’t have any tonic! What???? The server was doing the best she could with a large party . I think she was the only one there. A very interesting dining experience. I wish them luck!
Cannot recommend. Worst restaurant experience ever. Only 2 tables had been sat before we arrived and after 2 hours of waiting for steaks we left without them. We spoke with the manager several times and it was clear the staff had not been trained to provide any level of service that would be expected at comparable restaurants
