I wanted a gluten-free cupcake for my sister and the people at Cupcake were so helpful and accommodating. They were even able to put on icing and sprinkles in her favorite colors!
I like how the flavors change with the seasons of the year. They do need to come up with an alternative for boxing single cupcakes though. The only real negative about them is that if you want to order for a birthday party, you can only get what’s on the menu for that day of pick up which isn’t cool to my standards. Red velvet is normally my favorite cupcake but there, no way! Chocolate Tuxedo is one of the best flavors they have.
I must tell you that I am so shocked at the fact that you charge $2.25 for a box is absurd! What is wrong with you people? I have bought a lot of cupcakes from you, but this is the last one. It’s just wrong. Packaging is advertising for you , and even if it wasn’t you can not justify charging 60% more for a box! Paper box ! Gimme a break

Great cupcakes!. I’m very picky about desserts in general, but Cupcake takes the cake! (pun intended…) I love that their cupcakes are baked fresh daily…it makes a huge difference! Their chocolate and red velvet cupcakes are really moist and they continuously come up with new flavor options…salted caramel chocolate, chocolate monkey, cherry limeade, and banana pudding to name a few. The store is really cute and the staff has always been super-friendly! I tried Cupcake for the first time in Charleston and I’m so happy they opened in Columbia! Keep up the great work!
Way to sweet for me. I like a cake with my icing. They’re not bad, but they’re noting special either.
Yuck!. I was really surprised to see the that they chaged so much for a box mix cupcake that was dry and lacked taste. I’ve had better cupcakes at home from my children. I would not recommend them.
