My favorite ramen place in town. The quality of food is dependable and always tastes good. My dish of choice here is the vegetable ramen. The service good despite the large turnout they have all the time.
Hot noodles on a freezing Hokkaido night during the famous Yuki Matsuri (Snow Festival) in Sapporo are a true Japanese experience. Menkoi delivers the same tastes, even if lacking the snow. The noodles were very tasty and the service was fast. The location is near the convention center and near parking, making it a great place for a post-event, late night mea. Recommended.
After being out of the country all summer surrounded by delicious ramen, I arrived in Columbia looking for a place that could satisfy my ramen cravings and Menkoi is absolutely delicious! I love the spicy ramen, it has amazing flavor and not too spicy. Definitely a new favorite for me!
I LOVE Menkoi! The ramen is yummy but the star for me is the onigiri with salmon. Fast comfort food. Great late night especially after drinks.
Closest thing you can get to traditional Japanese ramen in columbia. Absolutely fantastic. We got two rice balls, shrimp dumplings, and two bowls of ramen and could not finish it all. Noodles are imported from japan. Authentic and filling. Huge portions. Great for lunch or dinner!
Best thing EVER. Had this on a whim while walking around and fell in love. I had the #8 chicken bowl and it was delicious. Large pieces of sliced chicken, broth that was divine and the noodles were SO good. I wish there was one in Birmingham, AL because I would LIVE there. I love pasta and noodles and this was perfection.
Good not great. The tonkatsu ramen was definitely good. Just not great. I lived in Seattle for the last four years and this ramen will do since I needed a quick fix. I was kinda disappointed in the half egg, wish it was a whole one and I’d have gotten extra pork had I known better. All in all, definitely worth the money @ $7.50 a bowl and if you’re looking for some real ramen this place is worth checking out. The service is also very friendly.
