Quite disappointed. Ordered a sandwich and soup and it took close to an hour and a half for delivery and I’m only staying at a hotel across the street! The tomato soup was as thick as molasses (and nasty) and the gyro was quite cold when it arrived. Fortunately the hotel nuked it for me. Also, when the food FINALLY was delivered it came with no plastic wear, napkins, etc. It was a mess! To their credit, the staff was very apologetic, but I would not order from here again (at least not for delivery!).

Cheap, fresh, and all kindsa yummy!. If you’re looking for great food for a cheap price, GO HERE! I’m a broke young adult living on a college campus, and this place is ideal for my limited budget. Good food made with fresh, delicious ingredients. The amount of quality food you get for the price you just can’t beat. And, it just makes you feel good eating this kind of stuff. I usually get the hummus pita and stuff it FULL of sprouts, tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, green pepper, etc… Recently, I tried the black bean pita. And, oh my GOD, it was so good. They’ve got a big selection of stuff for veggieheads, too! It’s one of my favorite places to eat. I know a lot of vegetarians can get burnt out on eating the same thing at a particular restaurant due to a limited selection. At least, that’s been my experience. Not the case here. They stay open real late, as well. I’d definitely recommend this place. Two big thumbs up!

Best Fast Food in Five Points. Lots of options for stuffing pitas with various meats or meat alternatives and fixings. Fast, cheap, portable, and open pretty late for the drunk kids. It is what it is, and what it is is a welcome addition to the Five Points area, and a better alternative to other fast food in the area.

Small, but tasty. The Pita Pit is mostly what you would expect from a place called the Pita Pit and shoehorned into a 12′ wide storefront. You can get a cheap pita sandwich with your choice of meat or falafel (my favorite). Tasty and quick, this makes a great replacement option for a standard sandwich or burger.
