We Miss Rosewood Market!. I think about RW’s delightful vegan wraps and Tree of Life smoked tofu often… We love this place; you can find almost anything that you are looking for here and the people who work here are super friendly!

Salads. Most of their food, although, I am sure, a good value, is more than I want to spend for lunch or dinner. However, their choice of 3 salads for, I think 7.95 was a great deal, and they were delicious, generous portions.
Good health food!. The menu changes monthly for the lunch specials, so check out their website: http://www.rosewoodmarket.com/deli.htm I have enjoyed their deli food, but it is a bit expensive. I expect that will health food stores in general, so it wasn’t surprising. However, their lunches are always filling.
Columbia Staple. Rosewood Market is the original health food spot in Columbia. When I can I enjoy shopping for groceries here. It’s best to shop there when hungry, because the food is delicious! Friendly staff, fast service, and proof that you don’t have to eat junk food to have a tasty meal.
