Order was wrong. Love the burgers, but be careful if you special order something. It seems now a days, attention to details is a lost skill in the restaurant business. Explained in great length to the cashier that my co-worker did not want avacado but to put it on the side so he can put a little on if he wanted to try it. She rung it up as a side of avacado and they still put guacamole all over the burger!! He could not eat it, it was a waste and whomever answered the phone wanted to just offer a free side! No empathy for the fact we only have thirty minute lunch, and now he had nothing to eat due to THEIR mistake. That is when you can tell if a place has good customer service, how they handle a problem.
