DISGUSTING. Why is this restaurant still open? The food I just attempted to eat from this establisent reflects the fact that the owner/manager could not care less about his or her restaurant. I realize this is to-go hibachi, but come on. The rice tasted like it had been re-heated from yesterday. The vegetables were brown. The worst part, the shrimp in my hibachi entree was SLIMY! Gag worthy. I remained positive as I moved on from my disasterous entree on to my salad. To my amazement, it was green! But alas, no salad dressing came with it. Awesome. On to my last stride of optimism, the soup. I ordered the onion soup but opened up the to-go container, and surprise! I recieved a very pungent smelling miso soup instead…Super awesome. I even double checked my ticket to make sure I had not ordered the wrong thing. Truly one of the worst to-go food experiences I have ever had.
Absolutely disgusted. I had to sit and wait for over 30 mins for hibachi chicken. Thank you for killing my lunch break. Not to mention after you said it would take about 10 mins. Poor ownership reflects on your employees customer service.
My rice was gross. The hibachi steak was disgusting. Chicken was dry. The veggies tasted like they were frozen. And there was a small piece of metal in my food.
Delicious! Great people and food. It is small, but definitely worth it. I will go again!
Yuck!!!. The sushi was ok but the hibachi was HORRIBLE!!! The rice was not even edible – tasted like propane – seriously!!! Won’t go back.
Awesome Food and Staff, Haters gonna Hate. I go there at least 2x a week for either lunch or dinner depending on how late I have to work. I highly recommend this place. For $5.00 you get a lot. I highly recommend the sesame chicken. I’ve probably ordered there at least 100x and had a mixed up with the rice once or twice. The ladies in the store are sweet and friendly not just to me but to the call ins that I hear while I’m there waiting on my food or picking it up.Only way I could imagine them getting upset would be if someone was trolling them from the start. They’re sweet as can be but I would not expect them (or anyone) to tolerate people’s BS or their misconceived justification to treat food service people so poorly. Order your food, and if you have the time, show up there 5 mins before it’s ready and chat with them. You’ll love them.
Service SUCKS. I drove a long way to get this food because the reviews said this place was good…..my order was COMPLETELY wrong! & when I called to tell them I was coming back to get my money back, the lady was so rude & yelling on the phone. I will NEVER return or recommend this place to anyone!! F this place!!!!!!!!!!
