Not that impressive. Wife and I were staying the night on our way home to Florida. Saw the ad for Yesterday’s in the hotel and decided to give it a try. On a Sunday night, parking was hard to find in this college town bar zone of Five Points. We ordered off the daily special menu. I had the rack of chipotle ribs and my wife had chicken breast with wild rice and collard greens. My ribs were luke warm and mediocre with no hint of chipotle seasoning. My wife’s chicken was very good. Service was so-so. I would not come back.
I love this place. Their veggie burger is amazing, and their staff is always super friendly. 🙂
Yesterday’s has excellent service, and most of the food is great. They have awesome entree salads, cold beer, and a retro atmosphere. We love it.

Dark & Dirty. Had heard alot about Yesterdays and was anxious to try it. We went late in the afternoon after the lunch rush. We waited at the front door for several minutes and couldn’t find anyone to seat us. Finally after about 5 minutes a server came over and told us to sit where we wanted. The place is dingy and the carpet is just awful. How many years has it been since anyone cleaned this place. Anyone ever heard of painting, repairing or at least pick up the trash on the floor.Ordered confederate chicken which I had heard was good. When it finally arrived, it wasn’t even warm and the gravy had congeled on top. Couldn’t even eat it. The sides taste like they came out of a can. The burger was not much better although it was edible. Think most of our order sat in the window a few minutes waiting on someone to come by. Ordered 2 beers and got half full glasses with 3 inch head of foam. You need to learn how to pour a beer, we are not priest and don’t need collars.This is a college town guys !Thank goodness there are several eateries near by that beat everything about this place. And the guy whose been eating there for 20 years, you have been looking at the same paint and carpet as back then, and who cares about the fish tanks?I go to eat, not fish.
All around good food with good prices.
Outstanding food. Try the wings, and the banana pudding. The owner came over and chatted with us, and even gave us a round on the house. Outstanding.
