The Greek Turkey is the best sandwich in Columbia.
Call ahead. My personal favorite is the beef Greek pita. They cook their roast beef and slice it when the sandwich is ordered, sublime. Their caramel cake is the calories you dream of. They are always busy, so it’s best to call ahead at least 30 minutes, and even then you may have to wait, but it’s worth it.
Call ahead. Very tasty sandwiches and a killer corn chowder on Mondays (I think), at a good price. Skip the chicken noodle soup on its day. Unfortunately, limited seating inside and very tight, and of course extremely slow. I usually call my order 20-30 minutes ahead at lunchtime and then show up to eat. The actual name is Linda’s Little Deli but the store is called The Other Store. Park anywhere you can squeeze.
Yum. The hummus was outstanding. If you work in Forest Acres make sure to try this place for lunch. Remember, it’s all about the food.
