Great atmosphere and beautiful view! The waitress was very nice and attentive! The only issue I had was that my food was a little too over-seasoned for my taste, but they were more than happy to remove the meal from my bill. I’m sure that when their weekend chef is there, the food is seasoned to perfection. Overall, nice place.
We came here for a wedding reception and we had made the reservations four months in advance. It wasn’t until we arrived to the restaurant that we were informed that they couldn’t accommodate a party of our size and they split us up into two tables that weren’t even close to each other. It was outrageous that they didn’t inform us that they couldn’t accommodate for us when we had made these reservations for our party size so early and we had been contacted days prior to confirm our large party size. None of these times were we informed we would have to be split. It was a mess. It was like none of the staff knew what to do. On the other hand the food was wonderful. I would have expected a primarily seafood restaurant to offer oysters on the half shell but they didn’t. They had a platter of shooters but they were shots. I ordered the southern fried scallops and oysters and the scallops were the best scallops I’ve ever had.I’d say visit for the excellent food. You will have to make reservations to get in here but don’t expect them to be upfront about their services.
What a view! Great ambiance, great food, amazing view. Wait staff is incredible. Salmon amazing. Key lime pie was to die for. Locals we need to keep it a secret .
We chose this place because of primarily good reviews. I think it was average food and overpriced. The fish of the day wasn’t caught locally, which disappointed me. The waiter couldn’t tell me if the grouper was local. The fried platter was local. It was piping hot on arrival, but nothing special. We had a reservation for 7:30 and we got right in without waiting- that was a plus!
Upstair – Bar Area. If you go here, don’t go upstairs to the bar area to sit or eat, the young lady up there running the bar is a rude individual. She gives preference to the locals and doesn’t care about others. We sat down first and ask for the TV to be turned on to the Braves which was off at the time. She turns it on and then after it being on for a while she tells us that the other people want it on another channel even though we were already watching it. She never ask if we want dessert and never filled our drinks for refills. I spoke to the manager but he seemed to not care. Sorry but I wouldn’t return since he doesn’t care.
Nothing special. Food is just okay, nothing special and is over priced for what you get; limited selection on menu; you are paying for the view.
Sunset menu doesn’t mention any times?. Had Sunday brunch yesterday and server mentioned beautiful sunsets and invited us back. She also gave us a nightly menu that had 2 menu, Sunset and regular,just arrived and were told Sunset menu ended at 5:30?
