Thai with a twist. Finally found a Thai restaurant that serves Thai food at a spice level equivalent to being in Thailand. They have spice scale from 1 to 5, and 5 was authentic Thai hot. Food was tasty, I did find that they had a few twists on the ingredients. For example my masaman curry had sweet potato in it instead of a traditional white potato plus it was made spicy where traditional is not. Overall it was a good dining experience and all the food looked good as well as tasted good. They also server some Japanese dishes as well as sushi. Definitely will be back.
Terrible Take Out Service!!!. We ordered take out from Indo last night for dinner, one of our friends suggested Indo and two of our friends suggested otherwise. I called and spoke with a gentleman, placed our order for three adults and three kids, nothing too major. I was told it would take 45 to 60 minutes…..on a Sunday night. Okay, so I said that was fine and actually decided to pay for it in advance and to also add a 20% tip for the gentleman in hopes of expediting things. My wife shows up at Indo 50 minutes later, the restaurant had multiple empty tables and was not busy at all. My wife was greeted by the gentleman who then told her our order would take an additional 40 or so minutes and she could wait at the bar. Two hours for take out, give me a break. The reasoning behind the delay with our order was because a table who ordered after us decided to change their order to take out rather than eat-in. Apparently there was a couple waiting at the bar for their order as well and after they heard the conversation, they cancelled their order and left. My wife called me and we quickly said thanks but no thanks on the two hour take out wait and cancelled our order. Eight lost customers (including the couple at the bar), none of us will ever come back.I think the Food Network has shows about things like this.
Best Sushi in Pawley’s. One of my favorite places to eat while visiting Pawley’s Island. The food is always fresh and prepared while you wait. A welcoming enviroment and very friendly waiters and sushi chef. The portions are generous and always cooked to perfection. Give it a try, and you too will be hooked.
Sushi was great and very fresh! Rolls are big and taste great! Chocolate cake martini is great!! Service very attentive and nice! Would recommend to anyone!
We can only comment about the sushi, which was very fresh and great flavors. Our favorite was the Volcano Roll. Will return and suggest you to try it.
Fresh & Creative Sushi. Always a nice place to have sushi.Large selection of rolls and nigiri to order from. Also, the chef at the sushi bar will custom make anything you want.Friendly wait staff too!
Nice atmosphere–moody, urban feel I like. Food just ok. Massamum curry too sweet. They did ask if I wanted steamed or fried tofu and they had brown rice so that is good. Sushi was just okay. Too many ‘fancy’ sushi loaded with cream cheese.
