We also come here every year we come to Litchfield Beach. This year the kids could not wait to eat here and we waited on other family members to arrive to do so. I cannot figure out why it took an hour for our pizza to be made for eat in. The excuse was all the phone in orders came first and delivery. We waited even after being told what the time was, however, three tables that came in after us received their food before we did. On another note, the runners that brought the food, all three of them, had been handling a trash can and then picked up another tables pizzas to deliver them to the table. Mind you they did not touch the top of the plates but that is beside the point. Usually a great place but the inability to handle a rush on orders for pizza and the lack of simple hygienic issues that are required by state codes is very sad. I do not believe I will be back this year and next year I will sit and watch before I order!!!
Stay far away. The pizza is tasteless and the sandwiches have 2 slices of meat on them for $7, not worth it. Other Masseys chains in Ohio may be the bees knees, but this one is not. They are not sticking to the rules and skimping on ingredients thus giving you more dough/bread than any thing else. If you are at the beach and want a quick pizza please do not reward these folks, you will be disappointed.
Atmosphere is way above what you’d expect for a pizza place…very nicely appointed…very clean. Service was excellent and the pizza was fantastic…good value, too. They also have a great salad bar. This is one of the best pizza places I’ve tried and we will be back.
Atmosphere and service are excellent. Food is what would happen if Lil Ceasar and CiCi had an overpriced child.
Good pizza…thin crust and subs. Draft beer as well. Nice atmosphere and service. We will return.
