The first impression when walking into Ocean Dragon is woah…. This place is gross. We ordered our food at the register and was handed out cups for our drinks. The soda fountain is not against a wall but in he middle of the room with all the tubing and wires exposed which off the back was very unappealing. When you walk around to the front of it the soda selection is slim but that’s just a small problem. The station where the soda fountain, straws, lids, and utensils were was completely covered in trash and was sticky from not being cleaned. When me and my family sat down we sat at the only clean table there was, because all the others were covered in food bits or still had plates on them. The wall paper on the walls was literally peeling off, it was not a plea sent experience. The food was moderate but the venue and service were both very poor.
