Needs Professional Consulting. This place is a wonderful contradiction. It’s food and wine is top notch. One of the finer places to eat along the Grand Strand.As a local, we eat everywhere. We have a good idea on how places are run. We’ve been to Perrone’s probably 14 times. As good as the food is, the management is the opposite end of the spectrum. If they had professional consulting this place would be big. You have to accept the shortcomings when you go there and tolerate it just to get the great food. Let’s hope one day a professional GM takes over.And let’s hope even more they move into a building befitting the quality of food they have. The location and the parking is hideous. Shows the management doesn’t think of the experience the customers have to endure to get in and out.
May just be new favorite restaurant. Went for lunch and immediately made reservation for dinner later in week. Have to say that from the outside we did not know what to expect – once inside a little shocked – it is modern and warm and beautiful. Hostess and server friendly, food a 10. Kitchens that pay attention to the details of everything that goes on a plate are few and far between and this kitchen does it with fresh and delicious tasting results. Can not wait to return.
Fantastic!. Went for a birthday celebration for our two daughters and had a fantastic time! The Italian Fondue is incredible as is the Lobster Risotto, and Spicy Crab Pasta. They were also generous enough to give the girls complimentary Tiramisu and had their Italian Opera singing waiter sing happy birthday to them!
Fantastic food! From appetizer to dessert, we were very impressed. Will be a regular. Regret that it took us this long to try it.
The place has grown so much in the past few years! It is very impressive really! However the caesar salad did not need the revamp! It was the BEST caesar i had ever had until last night when i ordered it and found that it had been changed! The panko is a bit off putting and the dressing just didnt have that pungent kick it usually does ! Please go back to the ORIGINAL almost famous caesar salad! Im heartbroken!!!!!
What a gem! Very high quality and expertly prepared food in a cozy, hospitable atmosphere. Gracious staff, an inventive menu, excellent wines and truly delicious food. It’s obvious this chef uses high quality ingredients and takes pride in the product. Highly recommended.
