Everything the last reviewer went through, we went through as well. Everything tasted out the bag or can here, also. The food was okay but service was horrible. No comparison to Los Arcos which unfortunately was closed.
Horrible experience.. Very,very,very,very bad. Where to start, we waited at least 15 minutes for a drink. We then waited almost an hour after ordering, for our food: the steak in the steak taco salad and steak nachos were full of fat and gristle. The number 18, the beans and rice sat under the heat lamp until the beans dried up on the plate and the top part of the rice was dried up and hard. The taco shell was almost burnt and the meat in the taco tasted like poop. We asked for no tomatoes on several of our plates but they came out with tomatoes. The rice was very soggy. It was over all HORRIBLE. We were there 5 years ago, now we see why we never returned. Sadly, we were going to Los Arcos but they were close. I recommend Los Arcos over La Hacienda.
Really love this place a lot! Huge alcoholic drinks, good food, and good service. These other reviews must be stuck up people, and they are from a year or two ago. Def recommend this place!
La Ha in Goose Creek earned a stellar review this evening. My husband and I had been hesitant to come here due to mediocre reviews. Now, I wish we would have come sooner to try for ourselves… Service on all counts was fast and friendly, the atmosphere was comfortable and clean, and the food was delicious. We’ll be back!
The house. La ha in g creek is my fave place for Mexican . Service is fast and appreciative . Sopas , Taquitos , pork carnitas , shrimp cocktail , Diablo , shrimp tacos , chicken any way you wish , great beef , steak , seafood . Enchiladas , tacos , burrito .simple dishes or authentic tripe Ranchos hue is and my more . Free salty hot chips w good salsa , friendly service , huge margaritas , no pretenses here but a fun Mexican lunch or dinner affordable and well portioned .
I could not believe my trip there tonight! The place was near empty and it took a half hour to get food and they forgot one of the meals! A meal that I had to get up and tell them about! Got charged $14 for 2 (just) chicken quesadillas, with cheese drizzled over the top! Outrageous! The service was terrible, the customer courtesy was terrible; which made the experience terrible! When I tried to talk about how I was charged, the stubborness and language barrier made for another terrible part if the trip! I was basically told too bad and that I will know for next time! Well, not that it matters, but they just lost 6 loyal customers! Just cannot believe how bad it was!
