This restaurant has been spot on for the last 5 years but the last few weeks the food and service has been going downhill. Last night the service was terrible along with the fajitas being burned and tortillas hard as rocks. Going to stay away from Los Arcos for awhile, might have to cook at home more.
Looks a little sketchy but don’t judge a book by its cover because it had great food and good customer service. Thomas was a very attentive and we on his game.
This is the best Mexican food in the Summerville, Goose Creek area. No complaints for the few time we have been there. The food is always fast, hot and really good.
Some hits, mostly miss. The tortilla chips were tasty, but the salsa tasted as if it came from a jar at Publix. The cheese dip was good. The chicken in the items from our appetizer were good, but the entrees made from beef were terribly unappetizing. I know I need to lose a few pounds, but the booth we were seated in was pretty cramped. Our waitress was being run around by some obnoxious patrons.A gringo trap if I’ve ever seen one, 5/10.
Terrible service and food. Pretty sure our waiter was drunk. Food was terrible. The tacos had no taste. We were going to try to order dessert, but we couldn’t get a waiter to our table to even order anything. We will not be back. There are plenty of better Mexican restaurants in charleston area to go to.
Good price and portions are filling.Need the salsa to have a little more heat for my taste, but good nonetheless.
Friendly place-good food. We are from out of town and were hungry for good Mexican food. We stumbled onto this place located in a plaza. The food was very well prepared and nicely plated. Our server was friendly and had a nice sense of humor when I tried speaking my limited Spanish. The service was timely and I could see, while watching around me, that they wanted to please you and make you happy that you came into the restaurant. I would recommend it to anyone who likes Mexican food.
