Did not want white sauce and asked for something else charged me a buck for a cup of sauce then asked for sauce for my egg rolls and was told that will be a extra buck too and they don’t come with sauce.. wtf
I am absolutely appalled by the total disregard that your owner, manager, chef and staff has for a person’s LIFE!!! Your complete intentional negligence after a customer explained their severe food allergy is something I have never heard of and I was in the food and beverage industry for 15 years!!! What you did is unacceptable and I will do everything I can to make sure people know how you treat your customers!!!
Last night the management and staff of this restaurant purposely and knowingly served food to my daughter that caused an allergic reaction sending her to the hospital. My family requested they not put cream cheese in the sushi, because of a life threatening allergy,but they did it anyway and laughed about it! Anyone who would purposely try to harm a customer should NOT be in the restaurant business…period. We hold them accountable and will do what we can to punish them. If this seems like a threat…it is.
