Their pizza is close to NY (I’m from Long Island) and their garlic knots are amazing!!! They are reasonably priced for real pizza. The service is excellent. We usually call ahead and order to go and my order is ready and correct. Give them a try!
We just ordered from them 12/14/14. We have always loved their food. Great quality and the best pizza in town but this will be the last time we have pizza from them because their customer service is absolutely terrible. The woman taking our order yelled at us over the phone about our reception and then when we asked if we could add a canolli to our order she rudely said they were all our and then hung up. This is one of the many times we have had to deal with theit rudeness and have now decided it is just not worth it. As food as their pizza’s are DO NOT SUPPORT MEAN PEOPLE. We will never order from them again and will make sure all of our fried steer clear.
So my husband and I tried Vinny’s for the third time. The food was just sad. We’ve experienced almost everything on the menu they have and it was good once then never again. I will never order their food again.
Hour and a half?. Called on a Saturday night to order some pizza and was told it’d be AN HOUR AND A HALF. Wtf? I could drive to the store and buy ingredients, and make my own pizza in that time. Pizza is excellent every time, but they definitely need to work on the delivery times.Ps. Didn’t order anything crazy or a lot of pizza…just two normal medium pizzas…
Waiting…. We called in our delivery order at 6:58 pm tonight (after being on hold for just under 10 minutes) and now it’s 9:30 pm..still no food. We even called again at 8:45 pm and they said it should be here soon. We were told that it would be about 1 hr. 15-30 minutes at the time we ordered. So we expected a little bit of a wait but this is RIDICULOUS!
Best pizza in Goose Creek!. I don’t usually review restaurants, but this little gem is too good not to mention. My wife and I order delivery from Vinny’s onece maybe twice a month and have never been let down by the food. Delivery can take an hour or more, but it’s worth the wait. You aren’t getting run if the mill pizza like from Papa John’s or Pizza Hut with Vinny’s, so it takes a little more time. Order early if ordering on the weekend or for sporting events.
Their Delivery Service Sucks. It is a Friday night and we ordered two pizzas two hours and 15 minutes ago and nothing has showed up yet… We called them and we were told that the delivery guy just left. I wonder if it is true!!!??? Their pizza is not bad at all, but I do not recommend ordering delivery. Their restaurant is not great. Next tim I will try picking the pizza up myself!
