At the bar with friends, I asked for water with lemon and sweet ‘n low while they drank beers and cocktails, and we all ate appetizers. After drinking quite a few of these water with lemon and sweet ‘n low, it is brought to our attention that they are charging us for it. After a couple, the bartender did say that he was charging us, but did it in a humorous way that anyone would have thought he was joking. The bartender and manager spoke in a rude manner that was not appealing to us or patrons around us. We were treated in a way that no one wants to be treated, especially paying customers. Hostile and condescending customer service.
