Worst experience ever. Loved Bellacino’s when we lived near Charlotte. Ate there regularly because it was near my husband’s work. Had not eaten at one in years so we decided to eat here today for lunch. Worst service ever. Took forever to get our food. Manager was VERY rude and so was cashier! Finally got our food to go instead of staying there and eating it. Pizzas were greasiest pizza I’ve ever seen, sandwich was made wrong and bread falling apart…and my husband’s calzone fell apart as soon as he touched it. Will never go here again or any of the other locations in the Upstate. Very unprofessional manager and from reading other websites reviews, we are not the only ones who have had problems with this location. Customer service is definitely not his priority.

Yummy. Rather funny that i keep going to this pizza place yet never get any pizza… i always get the reuben. don’t be surprised when it comes out on toasted sub bread and that it has mozzarella cheese instead of the normal swiss. do give it a chance, it’s awesome! keeps me coming back!
