The best part of my visit for brunch was that I made my own Bloody Mary. The waiter took my food order but then he disappeared until he gave us our check, which he never picked up. After waiting for 10 minutes for him to pick it up and another worker refusing to take it, the tip went from 35% to 2 dollars and some change. I couldn’t cut my eggs Benedict with a steak knife and my girlfriends eggs were not been cooked through. All the hype was misguided. Living less than a half mile from the restaurant I won’t be making a visit any time soon. Being a fellow service industry worker I was greatly disappointed. Hardly ever do you have bad service with disappointing food as well. Refills on our drinks just once would have been greatly appreciated.
