Horrendous. I’ll start off by saying that they do have the best TV set up on Woodruff rd… if they could get anything other than that right they would be ok… So I went in on Saturday to watch a game, and the waitress didn’t speak to me or my friends for almost 20 minutes, normally in a bar that’s fine, but they didn’t have anyone there at the time. Then once she realized we were getting upset at her obvious ignorance, she comes over. We had a table of 8, and I didn’t want to order anything till later in the game so I told her that me and my gf were going to wait on the food but ordered some drinks. She then walked away… Didn’t take the order of the rest of the table waited 20 more minutes and came back, and finally got the whole tables drink order, and since we had waited so long she went ahead and took our food order. The main item they sell is pizza’s and calzones, ironically enough the management there is too incompetent to even be prepared to have the pizza ingredients… Seriously how hard is it to get pizza ingredients. Thoughout the night she completely forgot our drinks barely came to check on us, and so on and so forth. Now I will get the food quality, it used to be good. Now it seems they are beginning to feel the consequences of treating the patrons poorly. They tried to send me a chicken finger plate with 2 1/2 chicken fingers on it. Granted she fixed that one with some more free chicken fingers. They were not terrible but the fries were a little bit cold. This is not my first time here, in fact have been going there for a few months and only go due to the location (right next to my apt.) I have watched them make catastrophic errors through there management decisions. Kicking out clubs that were essential to the continuance of the business, poor quality, they fired the trivia company in the middle of a competition, and overall poor treatment of guests. I have a rule were I will try anything twice, but I have given this business way too many chances for another. Do not waste your time, money, or patience here. You will do nothing but regret it every time.

It was 45 minutes before mine came out and still had no chicken fingers for the child! I had to ask the waitress 3times about my food. My husband was done eating a while before my food came out. Not acceptable!

Enjoyed my visit, will go again. Decent service. Food was good. I don’t drink, but the others in our party enjoyed the on tap options. Was able to have a conversation without screaming!
Great little place. Went for the first time for lunch. I had the Cuban and it was, as the waitress said, a large sandwich. Taste wise it was also one of the best around. The other two in my group had the steak sandwich, again a large sandwich. According to them , it had a good taste, but they would rather it had provolone cheese instead of the cheddar. the place was very clean and we had a very nice and knowledgable waitress. I’ll be back again for the Hamburger next.
