I had a taste for seafood today and I found the Lost Cajun. 1st time visitor. I ordered the 10 pc shrimp and a bowl of seafood Cajun gumbo. I placed my order to go and it came out very quickly. The shrimp were hot fresh lightly seasoned, good. The gumbo was authentic tasting with a slight bit of hidden kick. Yummy! It’s worth a try if you”re looking for authentic spiciness. It’s worth a try. I will be going back to try other tasty treats. Yummy!!

Absolutely excellent! Gourmet quality served up fast. A nice touch is bringing out a small sampler of their chicken gumbo, crawfish etoufee, lobster bisque, red beans & rice, chicken jambalaya, and seafood gumbo. This allows you to sample for free before you buy. We ended up going with the lobster bisque, crawfish etoufee, boudin balls, fried shrimp po’ boy. We capped with a nod to Cafe Du Monde and had some coffee and beignets. Everything was absolutely delicious. Good atmosphere, great New Orleans music playing. The building is brand new. I would recommend clearing some of the storage in the bathroom hallway. But overall, it was excellent and we will definitely be going back again.

Just had lunch at the Lost Cajun and it was great. I had 1/2 a shrimp poor boy and a cup of seafood gumbo. I will be back. Great service and friendly staff.

The Lost Cajun. YUMMY! We are hard to please when it comes to cajun food. My hubby is Louisiana born and raised, plus I lived there for 9 yrs. The food is amazing. The sampler board is great for the people who don’t know what cajun food is like. A few gumbos to choose from. The catfish is clean, fresh, and fluffy. Our kids loved all the food too. Been back a few times. Love this place.

I stopped in us a few other couples to this new Gasp Cajon place in Greenville no less. In the door they had the Real NOLA sounds pumping and a true greeting, flash and color like a piece of the parade has come to town. We got seated and this nice girl comes up with a free sampler board, gumbo, red beans and rice, etoufee and more, magic in the mouth. They even let us know they have beignets and beer, life is good. About then Im told one of our party had a spice allergy and even then the kitchen staff handled for us like a pro. I can tell you 30 /45 min latter a few fish, shrimp and gumbo later everone is happy including picky kid, surprised me. Im headed back, see youll there.
