My wife and I had an excellent meal here this evening. We had Chicken Parmigiana and Shrimp Alfredo. Both were good. Salad and breadsticks served were also good. The service was excellent to make for a very good experience.
I went with family to celebrate myniece’s birthday. For my meal I had the salad with ranch dressing and the chicken scampi. The scampi was delicious as usual, the salad didn’t taste like it was freshly made, but instead tasted and looked like the bagged kind you buy from the store. The taste of chicken scampi made up for the quality of the salad.

The wait is a bit of a concern for us. The food at this location is ok. I prefer the other location.
Great food. Love the Olive Garden in Greenville, on Laurens rd! The food is great, the wait staff is awesome. They are always busy . And we love going there for lunch or dinner! The place is clean and the atmosphere is awesome! Never had a bad experience there, Everyone complains about the time you have to wait at every resturant you go to ! If you did’nt have to wait , then I dont think the food would be any good! Everything that is delicious you have to wait for ! I highly recommend the Olive Garden on Laurens Rd in Greenville. Two thumbs up! 🙂
It seems Olive Garden, at least in Greenville, has gone down hill. The restaurant was half full but we were told we had to wait for a table. That was an omen. We ordered martinis and received 1/2 to 2/3 full glasses. I don’t know about you but when I pay $8 for a drink I’d like a full glass. The service got worse from there. We were given 2 sets of silverware (for 3 of us), and we had to continually prompt our server to take our order, for water, breadsticks, etc., and bring the check. That was when we did see her which was not often. It took the bar a long time to make our drinks (or for the server to retrieve them) and the food from the kitchen was just as slow. The positive was, the food was tasty including the appetizer, breadsticks, salad, soup and meals, which different folks from our party ordered. It’s a good thing we had 2 hours to kill or this review would need to include expletives. For an upscale chain, this Olive Garden was a disappointment.
