Waited 55 mins for food (party of 2) with no apologies. Crab cakes were mediocre, fried chicken was not good, mac & cheese with Brussel sprouts came out cold. Waste of money. We haven’t eaten here in years and won’t be back.
Brant & Joe r top Dogs. We have never been let down by sassafras. Food is crafted spice and love ,one bite is a world of flavor. We can’t find a dish we don’t love . Brant has got it down . My wife and I had r wedding dinner at the restaurant, they out did them selves . Best day of my life . Thanks guys . Please bring back the chimi churii steak guys , my favorite meal of my life . Go to sassafras when ur expecting a perfect experience, food is love at sassafras and peanutbutter pie will float u away in the clouds. Love u guys , oh ya sheecrab soup????? All that comes to mind is DAMMM!

Sassafras has always been very consistent every time we go. The food is excellent, portions are large, and the service is great. The chicken livers and tuna are great — and even better to be able to have a full meal of leftovers the next day!
