  Don’t waste your time with this horrible hotel. This comment is about the Phoenix Greenvilles Inn. My family was treated so poorly by this hotel, we are still reeling from it. We made reservations two months in advance to attend an important business event at the nearby convention center. We made advance arrangements for the hotel shuttle to pick us up from the airport. When we arrived at the airport, the hotel refused to send their shuttle. After an expensive taxi ride to the hotel, the hotel refused to check us in, giving confusing and dishonest reasons why and refused to discuss solutions. We had reservations. We had already paid for the rooms. We were clean, polite, presentable. This hotel put my family out on the street for what felt like discrimination against us, on a weekend where every hotel in town was booked full. My family ended up sleeping on a stranger’s floor during this very important business trip. Please don’t support the unethical Phoenix Greenvilles Inn; and don’t attempt to stay there.

  Absolutely horrible. Service was the worst. Bad attitudes. Everything that could go wrong, went wrong. When waitress was asked for a glass of milk to drink, she said there wasn’t any but she could bring a glass of half and half. And a knife was dropped, sharp end down, on my leg.
