Well the food was okay… my mom got the vegetable lasagna and loved it. But i lost my appetite by the way the waiter greeted us and i don’t think i would go back.
It was like you had died and gone to Heaven early in this place . The food was amazing! I heard one lady say this place is so good I don’t know if I ever want to eat anywhere else again ! It is really, really good!
I have been waiting for this place to open it seems like forever. I noticed the empty building when I would go to the movies. I finally got here!!! I had the opportunity to find here the week of my bday in July. I decided on the full Churrassco, I wanted to try EVERYTHING!! The full Churrassco includes different types of breads, fried bananas, and unlimited trips to the salad bar and ALL of the Churrassco items. There are so many selections of meats, beef, poultry, pork and some seafood. There are six different types of beef, from brisket to bacon wrapped center cut sirloin. Four types of poultry, Peru which is bacon wrapped turkey breast. Three types of pork, brown sugar glazed ham, Brazilian sausage just to describe a few of the many many selections. Grilled vegetables and grilled pineapple is also on the menu. There are also appetizers to try and desserts. I can’t leave out the beverages, they serve authentic Brazilian lemonade that you can add whatever kind of fruit juice to it. They also have soft drinks, tea, coffee, bottled water and other blended drinks. When you have been seated and have decided what you’re going to eat and drink, you’re given a Tucanos cue with the green side up. The servers will come to your table with all kinds of meats for you to try or not try. It’s up to you and the cue how much you can eat, you can take a break or stop the meal, it depends on which side you flip the cue. I have to say the salad festival is OFF THE CHAIN!!! There is something for everybody on this bar. Mashed potatoes, pasta salads, ham, fried bananas, cheese rolls, all kind of salad greens and toppings, there was even soup on the bar!! My favorite was the fried bananas, a little crispy and warm and sweet on the inside. The turkey wrapped bacon was tender and juicy. Some of the beef wasn’t as tender as I would have liked, but I still enjoyed my dining experience. There was just so many things to taste!! They even have chicken hearts on a skewer!! I didn’t try this or the seafood so I can’t give an opinion about those items. I had a Brazilian lemonade to drink with strawberry juice added, some of the added juices are mango, passion fruit and pineapple just to name a few of them. I could not even try a dessert I was so full! My advice is not to fill up on the salad festival, your eyes will be bigger than your stomach when you see all the different types food on this bar! Will I be back???? YES!!! Will I try a dessert???? YES!!! That dessert will be,drum roll please— The Mango Cake!!! I hope that you enjoy Tucanos as much as I did!
It is a little pricey. But food was great and may experience of all the different types of grilled meats and veggies and fruit. The rating is due to high price and it was perry loud inside. Otherwise, it was great!
