Needs to improve customer service. I have never written a review for a food establishment but I had to write this as I was so taken aback by their disappointing customer service. I stop here frequently at lunch to grab a slice to go. Being from the north, their pizza is most what I am used to and have never had a bad experience. Today when I stopped for a plain slice, I was told it would be about 10 minutes as they had just put a pie in the oven (thought that was sad as it was 12:30 pm, prime lunch time). I said I could not wait and was leaving and the pizza guy said that he did have a plain slice. I paid the lady at the counter with a $20 and she did not have change in the drawer. Asked the pizza guy if he had change and he said no and told her to give me my money back and just go as they could not make change of 17.35!!! Are you kidding me?? What business cannot make change for that amount and when they can’t just tells the customer to go??? I know that I will never be returning to Bada Bing in the future no matter how good their pizza is. You have to have good customer service to go with the pizza. They won’t last long especially with Cook Out going in next door. Go to Frankie’s NY Pizza on The Parkway. Their pizza is better and so is their customer service. I would go all the time but it seems I’m always on woodruff road!
Great Pizza. I don’t know what the hell these guys are doing but they have the best pizza in town. The sauce is tangy and fresh and the crust is chewy and holds up to my NY fold. I wish the place were a little bigger because my large family (10) cannot eat inside.
Great NY style pizza. Growing up in NY this is the closest to that style of pizza I have found in the upstate.a must have if looking for good pizza.

Delicious! Best ny style in the area. Service is great. So friendly. Gave us free knots for a tiny wait and some zeppolis for the kids. Everything was awesome. Glad we finally tried it!
Authentic New York pizza , brings memories of NYC in every bite . Tiny is a great guy . Love this place .
