The empty buffet is misleading and discouraging but if you can get past the shabbiness and language barrier, you may find yourself craving taco salad after taco salad considering the price, location, and small setting of this venue.
In a city full of Mexican restaurants this one is in the top 10%. They have great cheese dip and a smoking section! 2 must haves.
