Unbelievably rude owner! We have been regular customers since Frankie’s opened. Not anymore. We recently called in an order on a recent Friday night. They said to give them 25 minutes. I knew they’d be busy so I arrived 30 mins after I called. I paid and they told me 3 to 4 minutes. Again, i gave the benefit of the doubt and checked back in 10. At this point they wouldn’t acknowledge me. 20 minutes later, almost 30 since I arrived and an hour after I called I got my pizza and garlic knots. I asked the owner for sauce and he seemed put out. He told me it would be .50. I told him I’d been waiting an hour and now he was going to charge me? Loudly in front of everyone waiting he told me I was wrong, that I didn’t order when I actually did and then slung the sauce at me. It was surreal. He called me a liar and tried to embarrass me when he and his staff were in the wrong. Another customer told me he couldn’t believe the way I was treated.We’ve been loyal customers and have recommended Frankie’s to friends and have bought gift certificates for several neighbors. We’ll never do that again. We won’t be back and will be sure to share this poor experience freely so others don’t experience the same.

Average slice in Greenville, SC. Pizza was okay but not like the top tier of Greenville. If you want the best pizza in town start with (1) Jon’s Pizza on Butler. Then drive downtown to (2) Barley’s Tap Room. Back on 385 to (3) Tito’s on Pleasantburg then (4) Bada Bing on Woodruff. Get back on 385 to (5) Ton’y Pizza on Haywood then to Simpsonville to 2 Guys Pizza (they fell off a little) Frankie’s is not in this Group. Out of the NY style Pizzas, Jon’s Pizza on Butler is the best. I would rank Frankies at the bottom
The pizza is average and the grinders are bland.They charge for water also. Bada Bing is the best pizza in the Greenville area hands down.

Its been said that all pizza in Greenville is equally good…FUGETABOUTIT!!! My wife and I are from Northern New Jersey just outside of New York City…We both grew up eating the finest New York pizza which is said by most, to be the best in the entire world…We are both here to say that Frankies NY Pizza is one of the best pizzas weve ever had…Frank Fatigati is the owner and a goodfella (no pun intended). The restaurant is very clean and has a friendly and interesting atmosphere…The walls are quite interesting as they are covered in Sopranos, music and sports memorabilia that adds to the splendor of the meal.Long story short, if you want authentic New York pizza as well as a delicious Philly Cheese Steak and much more, go to Frankies! Awesome pizza!! Best in town! Moved here 19 yrs ago from buffalo and its taken this long but here is the real deal. You can taste the freshness of the ingrediants. The staff is always helpful and pleasant.
