Food was ok. Service was terrible. First I was trying to decide what to order and asked our waitress a question about the menu. She didn’t speak enough English to even understand my question. Instead of not helping me, she should have gotten someone that spoke English to help me out, but she didn’t. She didn’t come back to the table to refill our drinks or anything. After I finished eating she was nowhere to be found to get our check. We sat at table for over 15 min just waiting on check.
I will never go to this restaurant again. My fiancee tried to take me here twice in the course of a month, and BOTH times we were completely ignored by waitstaff. Never offered drinks, never offer to take our order, never even came by the table. This restaurant is an utter waste of time, and the owner would be wise to fire every waiter they have and replace them with competent employees.
We went there about 2 hours before they closed and the food was just ok. They got both mine and my husbands order wrong and it didn’t feel like we were waited on while we were there. The employees were just standing around talking to each other since it wasn’t busy. I wouldn’t eat here again.
Who cares that everything is fresh,just make it tasty and I’m happy. Not very good.
Hands down, best Mexican I’ve had in Greenville. Fresh and tasty, with large portions, killer salsa and condiment bar, and friendly staff. Highly recommend the chorizo & steak mix tacos! Mexican coke, too!
Yesterday we had lunch and this had to be the best Mexican food the wife and I have had since or prior to our visit to Mexico. Will be back thanks for an awesome meal
Friendly, casual, and oh so delicious! La Reata’s authentic Mexican food keeps me coming back for more. I love the staple items on the menu and the salsa bars are loaded with goodies. But, the Mole Poblano special of the day was just what my stomach called for.The great selection of Mexican beers rounds out my new favorite hide-out!
