I’ve been coming here for years and its disappointing how run down it has become. The servers are never anywhere to be found, often disappearing for ten plus minutes. The cooks have no idea how to cook a steak. I asked for medium rare last time I was in and had to send it back twice! Not to mention, my glass stayed empty. The menus often feel greasy and the staff seems miserable. What a shame this place has fallen apart
Very sloppy and unorganized staff. We watch one if the staff members for 45 mins while we waited in two hamburgers clean 4 tables. After 45 mins only three were clean, but at least the 4th was set with silverware. When the burgers finally came out they were burnt and try. Manager was completely unprofessional. We will never visit this franchise again. When leaving we waited 10 mins to find out waitress. Completely ridiculous.
Love the steak. I like the Logan steak. We go often and dont have any issues besides my steak not cooked as I ordered, I am very picky too. They always redo it if needed.
You been to Logan’s, you’ve been to them all. This location is the same food and quality as other locations I’ve been too.
Really enjoyed it. For a low scale steak house they do a good job really liked being able to pick the steak out before it was cooked really layed back place this location was probally my favorite ive been too
Great experience, great food. I had an excellent meal at Logans. I ordered a 20 oz porterhouse and it was delicious, but, it had a lot of grizzle. Now, sounds like I had a bad steak, right. When the waitress came over, I had pretty much picked what meat I could off that steak, and she asked how it was. I told her it was mostly grizzle, and she took it. A minute later, came back and told me they were cooking another. Then the manager came out and apologized. I got another steak, and it was perfect. We also had cheddar fries, also delicious. When my bill came, they knocked off 10 bucks off my meal for the less then excellent steak. I was very pleased with wait staff and the fact the manager came over. Will definitely go back.
