Reasonable food, but they do NOTHING to accommodate people who are gluten free. They will not share the wifi either. If you want cheap food for cheap, then go to Napoli. If you want class or a good customer service experience, then go somewhere else.13 Nov, 2012This used to be the greatest place ever. They banned smoking OUTSIDE. And will not give up WiFi password. I can get a calzone at a place that actually wants my business. Not coming back.
Napoli’s good food. My first experience w/stuffed grape leaves was at Harris Teeter when they opened on roper mountain rd. I was really traumatized over them. they were horrible. my first experience w/stuffed grape leaves at Napoli’s was fantastic. I was a little nerveous, but I tried them anyway. they were delicious
I don’t get the appeal of this place. Being a big fan of Italian food, I was excited when this place opened just down the street from my house. Unfortunately, my experiences fell way short of what I was hoping. The food is just average…not horrible, but certainly nothing worth writing home about. And I’ve tried four or five things on the menu, so I’m not basing my review on just one experience. Again, everything was just average. For Italian, I’ll continue to go to other places in town, Della Ventura’s in particular.
Great Local Italian/Greek. First, to address the whiners, if you choose your restaurant because of smoking and wi-fi, I’m happy for you to go elsewhere. I don’t want you sitting near me, puffing in my face, go home. You probably don’t tip either. The weekends ARE BUSY … try anywhere in the Upstate that doesn’t stink and you will find the staff BUSY … that means people are eating there … and LIKE IT … go later, go earlier!we LOVE this place…. the standards are reliable and GOOD… Clever combination: Chicken Ceasar Pasta Salad! Geat Lunch Salad: Roasted Turkey Salad! Best Moussaka (a special) I have ever eaten. ANYWHERE!
We love this place and eat there all the time! Chicken Romano is fantastic comfort food and the Italian combo is great. We also love the gyro dinner with Greek potatoes. So inexpensive for huge portions. Love Napolis!
NEVER GOING BACK!. Overcharged for the incorrect order, then refused to refund.
Great place!. They have a homemade marinara sauce that is terrific, and I was happy to learn they sell it by the container! PIzzas are the best deal in town – thinish crust, great sauce, and toppings are loaded on thick. Have had the spinach pizza twice in the last month. Manager was very nice, they happily made a slight change in the pizza to accommodate non-feta cheese lovers (yes, they exist, poor souls). Had the homemade lentil soup with a salad for lunch, and felt it was also a good value, good food at a very fair price. Specials always look creative and tasty.
