I actually used to like this place but the last few times I’ve eaten there the food was horrible. I had to trash my takeout I got there the other night bc I couldn’t even eat it. I would like it if they went back to old food, it was way better.02 Apr, 2013Service is slow and staff is rude! Would not refill drinks or chips and salsa. Food was ok and the salsa was good just didn’t get much. I will take Los amigos any day.
Used to be the BEST in the upstate, but being understaffed is killing their business….. Seriously Nazarios…you only have to pay a waitress a couple of bucks an hour! I used to eat at nazarios all the time, but every time I go in now, they have ONE SINGLE person running the ENTIRE restaurant. That ONE single person is trying to cook, wait tables, bus tables, make drinks, take and bag up to go orders, etc. It’s honestly RIDICULOUS. They may get you your order in a timely manner IF they aren’t too busy but hold your breath on getting a drink refill or anything else you might need. Several years ago they had two cooks and at least 3 waitresses there at all times. It’s sad to see a company deteriorate this way. Every time I’m in there everyone is complaining about the service and I have seen some get up and get their own refills, napkins, etc. I’ve seen others get frustrated and leave b/c they never even got their order taken after sitting for 15 minutes. Business owners think that being cheap on staffing saves them money, but it’s quite the opposite, it will put you OUT of business.
