Close to Home. I live in the Five Forks area and it’s really nice to have a Greek/Italian restaurant so close by. As convenient as this is for me, I find it to be more of a lunch/appetizer choice than a date-night favorite. I have eaten a few entrees there such as the baked ziti, spaghetti, and lasagna, and although they are dishes my children enjoy, it’s not for me. I prefer fresh, homemade, authentic (as much as it can be) Italian and Greek dishes. However, I really love their pasta fagioli and the Greek salad. The service is always good and they are very friendly and accepting of call-in orders. It has its place, no more, no less.

They used to have great fresh Greek food but they recently changed their menu and added a ton of new things and I think they are going on the cheaper side now so the food isn’t as good as it used to be.

Not impressed at all. Everything seemed like it was out of a can or fro the freezer; nothing tasted homemade. The bread was basically frozen dinner rolls that you can get at your local grocery store. The chicken tenders were most definitely not hand-breaded. The tortellini was bought frozen and just reheated. I was hoping that getting a martini would help me enjoy the meal…no luck there, as the one I ordered (Pomegranate Martini) was one of the worst drinks I’ve ever had. It tasted just like cough syrup. When I complained about it, the server responded by basically saying I’ll know not to order it again. Yeah, don’t worry…I’d have to actually return to order another drink, and that’s not happening. Don’t waste your time or money on this place. Paisano’s, which is fairly close to this location, is much better.

BLT sub. This is possibly the best sub or sandiwich I’ve ever had! If you like bacon, this is the sub for you. It’s loaded with piled high crispy, flavorful bacon, tomatoes and lettuce, and the sauce is incredibly delicious. Like no other you’ve ever had. Yummmmm!

Incredible homemade food and attentive service. Have the hummus appetizer and order the garlic mashed potatoes on the side! I had to smack my husband away from them. 🙂 highly recommended.
