I have always enjoyed this deli but this is the 2nd time I feel that they were just too rude to me. The latest incident I was on my 15 minute break from work so I called ahead to ask if they were busy and to see if I could get my order pretty fast. The lady told me they could do it. When I arrived there were so many orders in front of mine. I paid for my food after ordering but since they took so long to actually fix my food, I had to run out the door to avoid being late back to work. I called to find out how I get a refund and she stated the next time I visited they would just allow me to eat at no charge. I finally revisited the deli last week to get my meal and they treated me like so rude. The only person who was nice to me was a young guy who works in the back because he always is so kind. The lady who normally helps me was especially rude man. My food was also not good at all that day, as if they wanted to make sure I knew they don’t want me to return . I am highly disappointed and I feel completely disrespected by their attitudes in a place where customer service should be inviting to anyone who spends their money there. I refuse to visit this deli again to be treated bad because they messed up.

I had the feeling when I was there that whoever ran the place had never been to an actual Deli before. They sell Boar’s Head meats – the same as Publix. Not bad, but why spend all that for the run of the mill?
New Business Development. I’ve been to several lunches catered by the Deli at Pelham Falls in the past and they have always been excellent. Today I had the experience of needing a last minute lunch for 16. The people working at the Deli at Pelham were very friendly and very accommodating even on such short notice. The food was great and I highly recommend the Deli at Pelham Falls!!
Average food. Expensive. Poor service. Unlikely that you will get what you order. Slow. I have given them three chances, I won’t be back.
Great food!. Great little eatery for any meal. All food prepared hot and fresh and now you can eat dinner there! Just wish they were bigger and had booths. Squeaky little wooden chairs on formica floor is my only complaint but if you are going out for a great sandwich, or anything else, no complaints with anything I have ever ordered. Been going to Deli at Pelham Falls for years and they have always had great consistant quality food!
