Every time I have been there they have gotten something if not all the things in my order wrong. They like to hurry you along and not work on customer service. Every time I go there there is a high turn over on employees and I never see anyone work there past a few months. I do say that when I have returned to get the correct order I have to talk with a manager because I always get lip from someone there. Plus when we have asked for extra anything even though we are paying for it, it seems someone get’s sassy with us or they are sarcastic about how it is made. For example, my dad wanted extra pickle on his sandwich, normally you get two wedges, and when he got his sandwich it had, no kidding, 25 pickles on it and the bread was soggy and the chicken was cold. I use to like going to Chick – fila but now I just call it crap on your order fila….blah!!!!
