Nice on Occasion. Don’t understand the negativity of the previous reviewer, but I think the local McAlister’s is always a good choice. I’ve never had a problem with their service, and the food is almost always good. McAlister’s has great chili. My only complaint would be that some of the choices are a little expensive for what you get. Otherwise, a lot of good choices.
Substandard. While this chain is not known for an exceptional experience, this particular McAlister’s seems to excel at being exceptionally bad, consistently producing incorrect orders and greeting with bad attitudes.
