Great Family Christmas Gathering. Always having had a great dining experience at Della Ventura’s, we decided to have our family Christmas gathering at the restaurant this year. We had 21 guests for a 1:00pm luncheon on a Saturday. The staff was superb at meeting all of our needs graciously, and the food was outstanding. Parking was easy and plentiful as well. We highly recommend this reasonably priced Italian restaurant!
Finally NY pizza. Finally found NYC pizza!!!! From NJ, this pizza is the best that I found in Greenville, SC. It is not only good for here but would be great if It was in NJ.Will return many many times!!!
The Best. We just returned home from the most fantastic meal at Dellaventura’s Ristorante and Pizzeria. I can’t even begin to tell you how much we enjoyed this meal. It was absolutely the best Italian food I have ever eaten. The portions were large…. no…. HUGE! Of course, volume is nothing without quality. A huge portion of quality is what we had.Upon arrival we were told there would be a 35 minute wait. That was acceptable, but we sitting at our table in 25 minutes. I ordered Veal Parmigiana, my father ordered Chicken Parmigiana and my stepmother ordered Ziti Stufati. I tasted all and it all tasted great!My father, who said he was not a big fan of Italian food loved the food. He said he could no longer remember why he was not a fan of Italian food. We all agreed that it was the best food we have had in a long time….. maybe the best ever.Add to the great food a sweet and beautiful waitress who performed flawlessly and it all comes up to a near perfect dining experience.I’m a fan. http://www.dellaventuras.com/
Great Food LOUSY Attitude. The food is excellent. The servers are excellent. The owner’s daughter Stacy and wife are almost enough reason not to visit. These women treat customers and staff as if they are children. They are rude, abrupt and downright nasty at times. I’m from NY too, so don’t excuse this as a NY attitude. I can only imagine how much more this restaurant could do if the people in charge were friendlier and took a cue from the husband and father, Joe.
Best Italian food in town. Very regular customer. Love that it is family owned. Everyone is so friendly and accomodating. Highly recommend.
Poor Service. Placed a to-go order. After 45 minute wait, they discovered the order was wrong. No apologies, just a bad attitude.
Awesome! The pizza is as close to the pizza I used to get in NY! Blows ANYTHING away in the area. I cannot speak highly enough of how good this place is. Everything I have has was amazing! I go there at least once a week and bring all kinds of out of town friends there. They are all amazed at how good the food is. And I have a lot of friends coming from NY! A+++++
